Okay, the effects feel for the age of 36.
Stop these behaviors early in adulthood and median age can prevent years of later disease, according to the study, which tracked people for more than 30 years.
Smoking causes lung cancer and heart and respiratory problems, while lack of exercise and too much alcohol are linked to problems such as cancer, stroke, heart attacks and early death.
In the New Research, published in Annals of Medicine, the experts of the Finland universities found that people of only 36 years showed signs of bad health options.
People are always so surprised when they discover that I do not drink or smoke 😸

The team tracked 326 people when they were 27 years old and again when they were 36, 42, 50 and 61 (when 206 people were included).
The mental health of people was evaluated by surveys on symptoms of depression and psychological well -being, while physical health was measured by creating a metabolic risk score based on blood pressure, waist size and blood sugar, cholesterol and othher levels.
People were also assessed to qualify their health during the previous year.
The symptoms of depression and general psychological well-being measured on a scale or 1-4; Self-evaluated health was measured on a scale or 1-5; and the metabolic risk was obtained from 0 to 5.
Three risky behaviors were evaluated at all times: smoking, drinking heavy and physical inactivity (exercising less than once a week).
The study results showed that if people had the three unhealthy habits at a given time, their mental and physical health was worse than if they had none.
In particular, depressive symptoms increased by 0.1 points, the metabolic risk score increased by 0.53 points, psychological well -being fell by 0.1 points and self -evaluated health fell by 0.45 points.
In addition, having the three non -healthy long -term behaviors was even more strongly associated with poor health.
Depressive symptoms increased by 0.38 points, the metabolic risk score increased by 1.49 points, psychological well -being fell by 0.14 points and self -evaluated health fell by 0.45 points if this was the case.
Dr. Tiia Kekalainen, a health scientist who worked in the study, said: “Non -transmissible diseases such as heart disease and cancer cause almost three quarters of deaths worldwide.

“But following a healthy lifestyle, an individual can reduce their risk of developing these diseases and reducing their chances of premature death.
“Our findings highlight the importance of approaching risky health behaviors, such as smoking, drinking heavy and physical inactivity as soon as possible to avoid the damage they do when accumulating during the year, later heals in bad mentality.
“However, it is never too late to change to healthier habits. The adoption of healthier habits in medium age also has benefits for advanced age.”
The researchers wrote that “the findings of the present study suggest that the associations were mainly a time similar to Achross from 36 to 61 years.”
They added: “Therefore, the cumulative association of previous risk behaviors already exists at 36 and not only in the subsequent phases of the middle age.”
