West Ham grant wish for lifelong 93-year-old supporter

Connie Jackson, a devout fanatic of the Hammers, was able to attend a match thanks to the efforts of his care home.

Ladyville Lodge Care’s home in Upminster did this possible as part of his award -winning welfare program.

For Connie, this was an emotional experience that connected her with her past and her passion for West Ham United.

She said: “It was an incredible day.

“I jumped when they scored.

“I would simply like them to have won, I was slippery to see them score.
