The events will cause thousands of people to align in the streets of downtown London with a special procession that Sir Keir Starmer and the Royal Family will see.
The Department of Culture, Media and Sports Plans includes a Churchill speech performance, a Flypast of the red arrows and the airplanes used to support Ukraine, and a military procession of 1,300 members of the Armed Forces.
The Secretary of Culture, Lisa Nandy, encouraged the public to get involved, saying that the celebrations planned for Monday, May 5 were an “opportunity to unite and celebrate our veterans and ensure that their legacy of peace is transferred to future generations.”

The government reveals plans for the day
According to the plans, a procession will begin in the Plaza del Parliament with the recitation of the famous speech of the day of Winston Churchill at the time when Big Ben attacks at noon.
Alan Kennett, a 100 -year World War II veteran who served in Normandy, will be given the torch for the peace of a young person, before the domestic cavalry regiment mounted and the king’s troop, the artillery of real horses leads a procession of the Plaza del Parliament in Whitehall.
Kennett, who traveled to Normandy with the Royal British Legion for the 80th anniversary of the D-Day, described him as a “great honor” and said the day “brings so many memories.”

The King and Queen will also observe the military procession and the Flypast, and the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Duke and the Duchess of Edinburgh, Princess Real and Sir Tim Laurence, and the Duke of Kent will join.
The young cadets of the Royal Navy, the Royal Marines, the British Army and the Royal Air Force will be part of the procession.
The government is encouraging the members of the public to meet in the mall and said it hopes to see that “thousands” of people align in the streets.
From there, the audience will be treated with a brochure by red arrows and more than 20 current and historical military planes.

The program will include airplanes that have bones involved in tensions with Russia, including P8 possessidons, which carry out recognition missions that survey Russian ships near the waters, and Voyager airplanes, which is the delivery team to the Flycinian forces.
They are also established in the performance of Typhoon Fast Jets, which are a key part of NATO air surveillance and fifth generation lightning aircraft.
The Secretary of Defense, John Healey, said: “While we marked 80 years since the end of World War II in Europe, I look forward to the set veterans, serving the armed forces and young people and the young people to remember the remarkable generation that defined the freedoms we enjoy today.
“Our entire nation is invited to join to reflect on the sacrifices of all those who fought for peace and ensure that their legacy never forgets.”
Later that day, Charles and Camilla will organize a reception of Tea Party for about 50 veterans and members of the World War II generation at Buckingham Palace.
