Beran Gaye, 23, or Chalfont Avenue, Wembley, was arrested after a pensioner was stabbed on bus number 340 around 11.30 in the morning of April 10.
The emergency services were called and the victim was treated by paramedics.
Now it was tasks in the hospital with injuries that are believed to change their lives.
Gaye was arrested on April 13 and accused the day after causing serious bodily damage, appearing before the Willesden Magistrates court on April 14.
His next appearance in court is at Harrow Crown Court on May 12.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said at that time: “The Police was called to inform a stabbing in a bus at Uxbridge Road, Stanmore, at 11.32 am on Thursday, April 10.
“The officers attended the London ambulance service.
“A man of about 70 years was tasks for the hospital to receive treatment where it has been found that his injuries do not change their lives.”
