It is the last update after NHS North East London (NHS NEL) revealed in February that the decision had leg tasks to close the Upminster Medical Center in St Marys Lane.
Surgery near patients on August 29, almost a year after it was tasks by the East London NHS Foundation Trust (Telft).
Upminster Medical Center formed one of the two sites covered in the contract package with the Rainham Health Center in Upminster Road South.
The unique two -sites agreement had allowed patients to visit any site for care, but the contract to administer Rainham surgery has now annulled the leg by the supplier after he decided to “rename their primary care services.”
A NHS NEL spokesman reported that Upminster’s practice was closed, since “it was not suitable for the purpose.”
They said: “Unfortunately, shortly after the award of the contract, it was to recognize that Upminster facilities were not suitable for the purpose and, therefore, the decision was made to close that site.”
The complete details of the concerns surrounding the site have not been revealed.
In a new update of the Integrated Care Board, NHS NEL has affirmed that it is now working to minimize the impact on patients and personnel before closing.
A spokesman said: “The planned closure of the site of the Upminster Medical Center will take place on August 29 and we are working closely with colleagues from East London NHS Foundation Trust to minimize the interruption of patients and stay.
“In preparation for this, patients have begun to register with neighboring practices in the areas of Upminster and Cranham.

“However, those who choose to remain registered with the current practice may still do so, but they need to attend appointments in Rainham Health Center since August 30.
“On the average, we maintain the patient participation group of the practice regularly updated and maintaining open lines of communication so that patients can ask any question or concern.
“Our priority is to ensure that all patients in practice have continuous access to high quality insurance primary care services.”
