Eurovision’s candidates from the United Kingdom, remember on Monday, have covered a song from Will Ferrell’s cult film about the contest, as the finals approach.
The trio traveled to Iceland earlier this month to film its version of Húsavík (my hometown), originally sung by the character of Rachel Mcadams Sigrit in the parody of Netflix, The Story of Fire Saga.
He launched only three weeks before the band interpreted their own song, What the Hell has just passed, in the Eurovision Songs Contest this year in Basel, Switzerland.
Betting corridors predict that the United Kingdom will fall just outside the Top 10 in the contest, with Sweden and Austria among the favorites to win.
However, remember that Monday told BBC News that they are “hungry to get a good result.”
“We feel that there is some stigma about Eurovision, and we would really love to be part of changing it,” said singer Holly-Anne Hull.
The group, completed by Charlotte Steele and Lauren Byrne, began singing together at school, and continued with papers starring West End programs such as Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera and Six: The Musical.

As long -standing Eurovision fans, they have launched to a European press tour, acting in a country of dissones and even singing at the top of the Swiss mountain.
For his journey to Husavík, Steele even faced his fear of flying both in a propeller plane and in a helicopter.
The trip fulfilled “our dream for a long time,” said the band.
In the music video, you can visit the lovely eleven houses that are part of the country’s magic folklore, and sing with a choir of Icelandic schoolgirls that previously acted in the 2001 Oscars, when Husavík (my hometown) was nominated.
“We are very honored that they welcomed us to their beautiful city and let us sing that song,” said the band, “and we are grateful to be in the movie so that we can relive those memories forever.”
“We have never seen anywhere so beautiful with our own eyes!”

Before Eurovision, the BBC has announced a unique special, with Graham Norton in conversation with record Monday.
The program will be transmitted on Friday, May 9 in BBC One, giving a vision behind the scene of the band’s preparations for Basel.
Separate, BBC Radio 2 has revealed that Sara Cox is the stations that present the alignment for this year’s contest.
The station will comment on the semifinals together with Richie Anderson. Scott Mills and Rylan will organize the grand final on May 17.
Essays for the beginning of the contest Hoy (April 25) at the Jakobshalle Arena.
In the initial stages, the supports make the 37 inputs, which allows participants to review the staging, choreography and lighting positions before the contestants arrive in Switzerland in early May.
Last year’s contest was from the Swiss singer Nemo for his song The Code-a Semioperatic Pop Song that drew his journey towards the understanding that they were not binary.
This year’s favorite is the Swedish band Kaj, whose song Bara Bada Bastu is an ode to the benefits of the sauna.
If they are victorious, Sweden will register his eighth victory: he will break a draw with Ireland as the most important nation of Eurovision.
