A conservative member of the SEDD, the director Wesses of the parties and a former MP are among the 15 people accused of commitment crimes by the game commission.
Officials have been investigating alleged deceptions related to bets on the time of last year’s general elections.
Craig Williams, 39, from Welshpool and former deputy of Montgomeyshire, and Russell George, 50, from Newtown and repeats the same Constitution in the Senedd, will appear in the Court in June.
Thomas James, 38, of Brecon and director of the Welsh conservatives, was also accused.
The leader of the Welsh conservatives in the Senedd, Darren Millar, said he suspended George from the group of the party in the Parliament Wesses.
The politician had been revealed as Senedd’s main electoral candidate for Gwynedd Maldwyn last Saturday.
The conservatives in Westminster confirmed that James, who is a paid staff, had been suspended “with immediate effect.”

Williams was an assistant to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak in the last Parliament.
The Tory party had obtained its support from the candidate after the investigation announced the election campaign last summer.
The commission said the investigation focused on the suspicious persons for using confidential information to obtain an unfair advantage in betting markets, a criminal offense.
Other loaded Includes Laura Saunders, former conservative parliamentary candidate in Bristol North West, and his partner Anthony Lee, former campaign director for conservatives; And Nick Mason, a former party data director.

Everyone has a leg accused of crimes under the game law.
Thomas James is a paid member of the Welsh conservative personnel.
A spokesman for the conservative party said: “The Conservative Party believes that those who work in politicians must act with integrity. The current members of the personnel who are accused of being charged with immediate effect.
“These incidents took place in May last year.
“Our party is now under a new leadership and we are fully cooperating with the game commission to ensure that your investigation can conclude quickly and transparently.”
Darren Millar said: “After being informed that Russell George MS has Bone accused of Bling of crimes related to the game, I have tasks of the decision to suspend it from the Welsh conservative group in the SEDD.
“The suspension is a neutral act waiting for the result of the justice process. There will be no more comments at this time.”
