Three men accused of involuntary homicide have appeared in court after the death of a woman in an accident in a golf course.
Suzanne Cherry, 62, from Aldridge, Walsall, died on April 15, four days after she was beaten in the Aston Wood Golf Club in Shestone, by a Gray Nissan truck she had been involved in a police persecution.
John McDonald, 51, from Bloxwich, Walsall, who has also been accused of assault by winning, Johnny McDonald, 22, or Dudley, and Brett Delaney, 34, of Darlaston, Walsall, appeared in Northshire Justice Justice Justice Justice.
Wednesday will be presented at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
A position of not stopping a vehicle has been withdrawn when it is led by an agent against John McDonald by Booth Street.
Mr. McDonald, Johnny McDonald or Molyneux Road, and Brett Delaney, by Michael Road, were arrested.
Mrs. Cherry’s husband described how “he observed with helpless horror” while his wife was killed in the club in Blake Street in Shestone.
He said she had “six of the amazing and infectious life”, but her “future together was taken from an instant.”
On Monday, West Midlands police said the Independent Police Conduct Office continued to investigate the circumstances before the collision.
