The Sun Taberna, at Bethnal Green Road, had asked Tower Hamlets Council to extend its opening schedule until 1 in the morning of Wednesdays and Sundays.
This would have allowed the sale of alcohol, recorded music and continuous night soft drinks so far.
However, several residents raised Conns on the potential impact of this on the local area.
They cited problems such as noise disorders, increased disorderly behavior, garbage and garbage collection problems.
A resident, called only as Maddy, said: “Even if they are drinking cocktails more expenses, that is so capable of getting drunk and being rebellious and shouting and vomiting in my spine like a cheap bear.”
Another resident, appointed only as Mr. Newman, expressed the willingness to commit, saying: “It would be totally supportive … I am so happy that I am the person who lives here because I can tolora the noise that is already there.
“But also, I think I’m happy to say he is a child or where the line should be.”
Theo, another resident, Conerns raised on the impact of drunk customers in the neighborhood, including fights and garbage.
Councilor Ahmodur Khan, leadership in the scrutiny of resources, asked the objectors about their specific conerns regarding the extended hours.
After the objections of the hearing thesis, the applicant, Andrew Kerr, offered to withdraw the request to allow greater consultation with the residents.
The committee confirmed that withdrawing the request would mean that any future request would be treated as a new application.

The residents expressed a preference for a postponement instead of a retirement, but the applicant proceeded with the withdrawal.
As a result, the Sun Tavern will not extend its opening schedule on Wednesdays and Sunday.
The pub will continue to operate under its current license conditions until any new application is made.
