Lulu’s parents had their daughter tasks to the city during the weekend and walked first for Booth Street.
Around 10:00 BST, Lulu was hit after the truck crashed into the tram in Mosely Street, near Manchester Art Gallery.

The tram did not have time to react since Rehman had ignored the signals of stop and warning and driven directly to the approximate vehicle, according to the crown prosecution service.

They said “the pain of losing it is unbearable and we miss more than words can express.”
Rehman fled the accident scene and was arrested by Greater Manchester police two days later on Monday, February 24.
He was later accused of causing death by dangerous driving, and on Tuesday he declared himself guilty of crime.
