The police were called at 9.51 pm on Thursday, April 10 for reports of a stabbing in the Swain lane, outside the Superstate Edible Store.
The emergency services attended the scene, where a 34 -year -old man with a white weapon wounds was found, according to reports by a small group of men.
The injuries were not considered a life or changing life.
Brian Samuels, or Shetland Close, Borehamwood was accused on Saturday April 12, six crimes that include GBH, violent disorder, possession of an offensive weapon, assault, driving without license or insurance.
The 54 -year -old has been sent to appear today at the Highbury Corner magistrates (April 14).
In the incident scene on Thursday, Zena, who lives nearby, said: “I am annoying, I really hope that the person who was stabbed is well as nobody seems to know.
“I hope they catch the person who did it and discover why it happened.
“This is a really peaceful area. Superstate is a wonderful store with lovely people working there. It is a real asset.”
Cllr Lorna Russell, who lives in the nearby Holly Lodge, reacted to the incident news.
She said: “I am shocked and horrified to see this in our furpud. My thoughts are with the victim and her family.”
The investigations are ongoing.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Officers investigating a stabbing in Highgate have accused a man.
“The police were alerted at 9:51 p.m. on Thursday, April 10 to inform about a stabbing in Swain’s Lane, N6.
“The officers joined at the London ambulance service on the scene, where a 34 -year -old man had received stab injuries on the back from a small group.
“The injuries were not considered a life or that changed life.
“Mr. Brian Samuels (12/26/1970), or Shetland Close, Borehamwood was accused on April 12, six offensces that include GBH, violent disorder, possession of an offensive weapon, assault, driving without a license or insurance.
“It is a leg sent to appear in the Court of Highbury Corner magistrates on April 14
