The London ambulance service paramedics were alerted to the incident at Stamford Hill shortly after 8 pm on April 24.
Emergency responders, including trauma equipment in a car of the London Air Ambulance, were sent to the scene where an electronic bicycle and a car had crashed.
The incident occurred at the Northfield Road crossing with Stamford Hill.
A 46 -year -old man who had the electronic bicycle was discovered with a life injury and was hospital tasks as a priority.
His condition has been confirmed as criticism, and no judgment has been made. The consultations are ongoing.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “The police was called to Northfield Road Junction Stamford Hill at 20: 07 hours on Thursday, April 24 after the reports of a traffic collision.
“The officers attended the scene in which a man on an electronic bicycle had his leg collision with a car.

“The 46 -year -old man who sets the electronic bicycle remains in critical condition after suffering injuries for life.
“No one else was in the incident. A trial has not yet been made.
“Call the police at 101 with reference 7077/24APR if I was a witness.”
