The police forces were not prepared for the level of violence that exploded in disturbances after the murder of three children in Southport last summer, according to a report by parliamentarians.

However, the report says that the police response was “completely appropriate” given violence and crime, without evidence of suggesting “two -level surveillance.”
Police leadership for the national response said the report “rightly praises the efforts” of the officers and the staff, and added that the recommendations will be considered.
The disorder exploded throughout the country after the fatal stabbing or the king of baby, six, Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, and Alice Da Silva Agiaar, nine, in a dance and yoga event by Taylor Swift in July 2024. He pagured in the attack.
Monday’s report identified 246 events that were placed after its consequences, 88 or that were considered significant, some become violent.
As of January 22 of this year, 1,804 sentences had been issued and 1,072 charges were issued, according to the report.
