Charles George King, 84, was found by her daughter after she and one of her friends “commented that they had not had news from Mr. King for some time,” said the Forensic Graeme Irvine.
She went to her father’s house in Royle Close, Gidea Park, “managed to enter and found Mr. King without response in his bed,” added the coroner.
His body was discovered in case of February 13. It is not known exactly when he died.
The police were called, but found no evidence of suspicious circumstances, but sent the Forensic case, since they could not provide a cause of death. ”
Irvine opened an investigation into the death of Mr. King in East London Forener’s Court, Walthamstow, on Tuesday, April 22.
He told the Court that he had authorized the pathologist Dr. Vasi sundress to perform a post mortem exam.
There has been a cause of death as “acute and coma respiratory failure” caused by empysteic and drug -related toxicity.
“Given those circumstances, I will open an investigation,” Irvine said. “It seems to me that it is debatable that toxicity raised a causal or contributory role in death.
“It was not the only factor, but without meaning it seems to have one leg one more than trivial.”
Research is heroes in public interest to investigate unnatural deaths and if future similar deaths could be avoidable.
He declared Mr. King’s family interested to people, a legal status with the right to see evidence before the final investigation and question any witness called to testify.
He asked them to supply a statement, including whether or not they were prescribed or bought the analgesic, and any concern with respect to death.
The Garder’s doctor ordered that he reveal his records, including “precisely what Mr. King was prescribed and why”, and if risk assessments had been carried out in relation to a potential overdose.
The final research was listed for October.
