The Pope died after an 88 -year -old stroke on Easter Monday, only one day after greeting the crowds in the city of the Vatican. It will be buried on Saturday.
The Camden Faith forum has extended its “sincere condolences to the Catholic community here in Camden and worldwide, as well as those who found inspiration in Pope Francis.”

The CO -Shoirs of the Cllr Nadia Shah and CLLR Rebecca Filler forum added: “We joined Catholic residents, as well as those of all religions and none, by crying the loss of their holiness, Pope Francis, a spiritual leader who inspired millions worldwide.
“Here in Camden, we are proud of our diverse and inclusive community, which includes a significant number of Catholic residents, as well as many who found inspiration in the tolerance and hope messages of Pope Francis.”
