The store was originally called Penneys, it was founded in Ireland in 1969, it is popular throughout Europe and has expanded to the United States.
In 2021, a Primark Cares sustainability strategy, designed to reduce fashion waste, medium carbon emissions and improve the lives of people who manufacture Primark products, said on its website.
He adds: “We are committed to changing the way they made us without changing our affordable prices, allowing everyone to make more sustainable decisions when buying.”
