The passer -by Grant Davis was heading to a football match in Stamford Bridge on the last Thursday (April 3) when he saw the alarm at the Hortensia Road and Fulham Road crossing.
Numerous photos of lime bicycles parked in unusual positions have appeared on social networks in recent years, and many asked for action.
Grant, who is president of the London Cab Divers Club, said: “This is becoming a family view in London now. How can you” abandon “bicycles due to lack of a better word on pavements?
“With the lime, I don’t have to worry about going out at night, I feel safe and empowered.” 💚

“There is no consideration for other community members. Breasts with children, wheelchair users, why do the lime feel that they are our local advice to stop this?
“I can’t throw garbage in the streets, so why do you allow this to continue?”
Since then, the photo has earned close attention in X, with more than 36,000 views.
