The incident occurred in Oakfield Road just before 6 pm yesterday (April 15).
The officers and teams of the London ambulance service attended and found an injured person.
They were where they were on the scene before being tasks for the hospital where their condition is unknown at this stage.
We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for more information.
A spokesman for the London ambulance service said: “They called us at 5.59 pm on Tuesday, April 15 for the reports of a person who fell high in Oakfield Road, Penge.
“We send resources to the scene, including an ambulance team, an incident response officer, a clinical equipment manager and a command support vehicle.
“We also send the London air ambulance.
“We treat a patient on the scene and return them to an important road trauma center.”
