New York Café, in Heath Street, has been on the United Kingdom business list for sale with a sale price of £ 300,000.
The list says that coffee has a turnover of £ 450,000 and six years in the lease.
A coffee spokesman said that coffee is not closing.
The coffee opened in 2019 and, according to its website, is proud of its quality coffee, breakfast throughout the day and an expansive menu that includes hamburgers and pasta.
The restaurant, which has capacity for 60 people, covers three floors, including a reception area, a dining room and a “charming back garden” according to the list.
In addition to its dining room in the place, Café operates a dark kitchen and is associated with the main delivery platforms such as between Woo, Ubereats and just eating, serving customers during the day and night.
The announcement says it is a “dear accessory in the Hampstead community, attracting both locists and tourists.”
He adds: “Whether you want to continue your success or infuse your own vision, this main location sacrifices an endless potential.
“It has a 4.7 -star star rating on Google, with an average printing or 30,000 months of searching according to Google Analytics.
