A light plane has crashed into a vacation park, according to emergency services.
The police were called to 14.23 BST for a report that a light plane had crashed at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park, near Bembridge, on Wight Island.
The plane had two people on board, said Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
The Firefighters service said two people suffered minor injuries in the incident.
Newport and Ryde Firefighters were sent shortly before 14:30.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service said the teams found that the plane “had suffered extensive damage due to the impact and subsequent fire.”
He said: “All occupants had safely left the plane before emergency services arrived.
“Two individuals suffered minor injuries and were treated by paramedics in the place.”
An ambulance plane attended and no patient was tasks for the hospital, confirmed the island of Wight NHS Trust.
Hampshire police said the vacation park remained open and that the roads had not been closed.
