Several articles included in the bakery range will be reduced in price, including almond croissant and Au pain chocolate.
This is to celebrate that bakery number 1 of the United Kingdom is crowned in the store.
Lidl exceeded an online survey conducted by Opinium Research in February of 2,000 adults, asking which supermarket bakery considered that it was the best.
Lidl bakery articles to lower the price
In a statement that announces the price reduction, Lidl said: “Buyers can bake most of the savings in 11 bakery favorites, including the undisputed queen of the crushers, the croissant of butter, which weighs a delicious 59p.
“Meanwhile, chocolate can be filled by only 69p, courtesy of a price drop through the beloved lens butter pain, chocolate twist and chocolate hazelnut jerk.
“And, at the same price, buyers can also go crazy for the aux pain, the almond croissant and the Arce braid and nuts.”
A new article in Apple’s billing, which will be introduced on Friday, April 25, will also be included in the price reduction.
It will be available by 69p compared to its standard RRP or 75P.

- All Butter Croissant – 59p (below 65p)
- White Crujy Roll – 29p (below 32p)
- All Butter Pain Au Chocolate – 69p (below 75p)
- Aux Raisin – 69p (below 75p)
- Croissant Chocolate Avellana – 69p (below 75p)

Lidl has not declared how long these low prices will be reduced at the time of writing.
