Michelle Grimshaw, or Morley Road, was declared guilty of failing to guarantee the well -being of an animal at a previous judicial hearing in January.
The charges indicated that it was discovered that the thug XL was severely malnourished in August last year.
The 44 -year -old man had to be sentenced on Thursday (April 10) at the Croydon Magistrates Court, but did not attend.
An arrest warrant is now out of trial without bail.
