Police said the incident occurred in Barnard Park, Islington, around 6 pm on Saturday, April 12.
They said that a witness informed having seen a white man with a red jacket and the dark backgrounds are exposed in the park.
The officers attended the scene, arrested a substitute and he was subsequently accused.
He currently remains in custody.
Police are now asking anyone who was in the children’s recreation courtyard and saw this incident to contact them.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Witnesses searched after the exhibition incident in Islington Park.
“The police investigating an incident in which a man is exhibited near a children’s courtyard in Islington is appealing to witnesses.
“The incident occurred around 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 12 in Barnard Park, N1.
“A witness reported that a man, described as white with a red jacket and dark backgrounds, had exhibited in the park.
“The officers attended and the man was arrested and has a subcontracted leg, remains in custody.
“The officers are appealing to anyone who was in the children’s courtyard area in Barnard Park on Saturday night and saw this incident to contact the police.”
