The chief of Crystal Palace, Oliver Glasner, has told him to South London Press That will respect the tradition and will not use formal outfit for the semifinal of the FA Cup of the South London team against Aston Villa on Saturday.
The game will be the first as Wembley manager for the Austrian, who only visited the national stage to see England games and leave his daughter for a Taylor Swift concert.
Tradition dictates that formal wear, today, costumes are generally used for the FA Cup final, returning to its first season in 1871-72, but with a final tradition of less than 90 minutes.
“If I spoke the course, but I like tradition and here, the tradition remains high (prominent),” explained the 50 -year -old.
“I won to wear a suit because it is not traditional for the semifinal, but it is for the final. If we are in the final, I will wear a suit, because I like this [tradition]. “
And Glasner is well versed in the traditions of British sport, after having visited a worldwide known place in southern London in his recent free time.
“You know, play tennis game in Wimbledon and there you have to use everything white, it’s good,” said a smiling glasner. “And then, having dinner there, you have to wear a jacket and tie. It was an event on Thursday and I don’t think I used a jacket and a tie on Thursday night.
“But this is a special atmosphere and then, when this is, I will adhere to tradition.”
