Jayden Ashton, 21, who works at London Shell Co on Swain’s Lane, Highgate, was in turn when a fight began on the street outside, which culminated with a stabbing in the supermarket of Superette to the next.

He said that there was “so much police” adding: “Things are getting worse. Increasingly, when I drive for Croydon, you see people with hoods and balaclavas and is 20 degrees outside.
“What happened here is not required, it is not necessary, it makes you feel a bit insecure.”
