The Annual Report of the sites classified the 1,447 cities, cities and villages in England and Wales with a population greater than 5000 based on five main criteria.
These include natural beauty, well -being, heritage and culture, schools and jobs, and money value.
Other points of interest include outstanding areas or beauty, crimes figures, air quality, numbers or buildings listed, orst and more.
In general, Havering was placed at number 1,265 or these locations.
Despite having the lowest range of all London districts, Garrington has emphasized that “research only occupies the best places to live, so Bee includes, either in number 1 or number 1.447, it must be applauded.”
The districts of London de Camden and Hackney and the real municipality of Kensington and Chelsea confirmed the first three places, when the list is filtered, it only includes districts in London.
He joined Havering at the end of the list is the London district of Hillingdon and the London district of Bexley.
