Hai Nguyen, 41, or Hatfield Close, is accused of killing Hien Vu on Sunday, April 13.
The police were called to Hatfield close at 6.41 am with reports of a seriously Kured woman.
At 6.52 AM, a man presented himself at the Lewisham police station in relation to the incident.
Nguyen will appear in the Bromley magistrates court this afternoon (April 14).
The deceased was over 40, said the police previously.
They added that they believe that the man and the woman were known to each other.
