Hakkasan Mayfair has revealed its characteristic brunch, which presents a selection of the best Cantonese dishes of the restaurants.
These include the crispy duck salad, the Trio of Dim Sum to steam and the beef of sauteed black pepper ribs, served with a touch of Merlot.
Brunch, open to all ages, is available every Sunday from 12 pm to 6.30 pm

The prices begin at £ 8, with options such as Vesper Martini, Shanghai Cosmo with Peppercorn Pink and Baijiu, and the Daiquiri watermelon.

Moët & Chandon Champagne is also available for those who wish to provide for the occasion.
A Hakkasan spokesman said that Brunch is “ready to redefine on weekends in the city”, offering diners the opportunity to “make Sunday extraordinary.”
