The Scottish conservatives have failed in an attempt to expel the MSP Green Maggie Chapman of the Holyrood Equality Committee after she criticized the Judiciary about a sentence about the definition of a woman.
Chapman, the committee’s deputy coordinator, accused the Court of “intolerance, prejudice and hate” after a woman ruled is defined by her biological sex under the Equality Law.
