In 2018, a jury discovered that Mark Cory had abused seven students who had time as a teacher at the Aberdour school in Burgh Heath.
But Cory, previously or Cunningham Road in Banstead, was never sentenced since he had diagnosed his leg with Alzheimer’s disease.
He died in May 2020, he had never seen the interior of a cell.
Now another former student is presenting a civil claim against Cory’s heritage claiming that he was also abused by him.
It is alleged that the abuse has tasks in the place between the late 1970s and the early seventies at the Aberdour School, where Cory taught between 1953 and 1994.
Cory also taught at Rose Hill school and was a master of explorers in the 5th group of Banstead explorers between 1953 and 1967.
The plaintiff is represented by Dino Noivelli, by Leigh Day Titlets.
Mr. Nocivelli said: “The scope of Mark Cory’s abuse by a position of power and trust about his students is significant.
“Since this conviction, more people have submitted abuses that they suffered at the hands of Cory, and a person resolved their civil claim with their assets last year and another currently files their claim.
“I have informed Bone that Cory’s heritage will soon be launched, which means that any additional potential claim will have to appear before this happens.”
Due to his health conditions in 2018, a trial of the problems was a hero instead of a complete trial: this is where a defendant is not suitable to give the jury that determines whether the place of Tuk crimes instead of finding him guilty.
Duration The seven days of evidence to the jury were told that Cory Cory had asked the students to sit in their lap and discussed masturbation with them.
The jury was also all that he watched on the swimming sessions where the children would be naked and had their penis hanging from their shorts.
Cory would also take advantage of young children in “their most vulnerable” by making sexual acts, according to the court.
The jury discovered that he had carried out three assaults on men under 14 years and nine charges of serious indecency with a child, but had not carried out three alleged crimes, two or Indecult in a minor of 14 and one of much with a child.
