Mytime Active, a charitable leisure trust, has introduced prime8-25, a free eight-week membership for older adults in Bromley who are new in their star schedule program of approximately the 60s.
The initiative, funded by the Innovation Fund of the Bromley Council, is aimed at those new to exercise or return to it, as well as to people who deal with health problems, including dementia.
Prime8-25 provides full access to the range of activities of Mytime Active in its leisure centers and community spaces.
The program also includes dissemination opportunities for the Mytime Active star schedule team to visit coffees, well -being and groups of older people the municipality to discuss the benefits of the exercise and the sacrifice and sacrifice sessions.
The initiative is designed to help older residents gradually generate confidence, starting with community -based classes before exploring the widest range of leisure facilities in Mytime Active centers, including gym and pool.

“Prime8-25 eliminates barriers by offering a friendly and support environment where people can try different activities to find something they enjoy and generate confidence at their own pace.
“Our volunteer friends make a difference to help newcomers feel immediately welcome and also part of our community.”
