This experience stood out for several reasons.
To start, it was my first clean experience of outside meals or London or North Surrey.
Secondly, this restaurant is part of Citysuites II, a luxury appearance in the heart of Manchester, thought he is not directly attached.
Instead, it is only 15 seconds at the main building, giving it the feeling of an independent and independent place while it is still linked to the hotel.
From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and cozy.
We were received by the friendly staff that showed us a roof decorated with branches and leaves of the trees.
The atmosphere was elegant but comfortable, with a good balance between modern decoration and a relaxed and accessible environment.
They gave us the menu, and it was clear from the beginning that we were loot to choose from.
Dishes such as roasted porchtta and salt and pepper squid made a challenge to reduce things.
In the end, I opted to start with the Hallumi fries served with sweet chili sauce, a classic option, but an elevated embankment kitchen.
The Hallumi fed perfectly: golden and crispy on the outside, warm and soft inside.
The Sweet Chile sauce added the correct level of shameless sweetness, which makes it a more satisfactory and satisfactory way to start the night.
Next to the food, the embankment kitchen has a print drink menu.
I decided to try the Martini de Caramelo, made with Teichenne, Espresso, Vodka Absolut and Caramelo Syrup.

I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best drinks I’ve had.
Sweet, soft and indulgent, I knew in dessert in a glass with the right kick.
I enjoyed it so much that I finished it before my main dish arrived, and I immediately asked for a second.
For my main one, I went with the steak and beer cake, which came with Papannon puree, bare butter, tender voice broccoli, roasted grins and a rich red wine sauce.

The cake itself was filled generously and had a beautiful pastry lid.
The filling was abundant and comforting, with beer and meat working perfectly together.
The puree was creamy with enough cabbage texture to keep it interesting, and the green were fresh and well prepared.
The sauce gathered everything with a deep and salty flavor.
I will say that I was prepared for the pipid that the cake was, but once that took into account, each bite was a pleasure.
With my food, I also tried Salford’s rum, a spiced rum with rich and hot notes that is a bit more complicated to find in the south.
He had a bold flavor profile, slightly sweet with vanilla touches and nutmeg, and you get down without problems.
He felt like a good touch of local flavor, and appreciated to try something.
Now, I always like to believe that there is space for dessert, but this time, it was simply too full.
That is not a reflection on food, quite the opposite, real.
Each course was so satisfactory that he could not fit with another bite.
At that time, I told myself that I do not regret omitting the dessert.
Writing this now, I do it slightly: although in justice, the candy Martini could have filled the dessert slot without realizing.
It was sweet enough to count, and delicious enough to compensate for it.
The embankment kitchen was so great that I returned the next morning for breakfast.
And, if dinner was something to happen, he had great expectations.
I went for the Italian sausage and the new Pope hash, which came with onions, garlic, spices, a fried egg in the upper part and a drizzle of fresh herbal oil.
Once again, I was impressed.
The potatoes were crispy and seasoned, the sausage was rich and tasty, and the onions and spices gave the entire dish a lovely depth.
The fried egg, cooking perfectly, united everything, and herbal oil added a freshness that lifted the plate.
It was a satisfactory and full way to start the day, and one of them would ask again.
In general, the embankment cuisine exceeded my expectations.
The staff was constantly friendly and attentive, the food was beautifully prepared and the drinks were really memorable.
For me, what stood out more in high quality food and drink was how relaxed and unpretentious was all the experience.
Whether he stays in Citysuites or simply passes through Manchester, I recommend that you have time for a meal, or two, in Ambankment Kitchen.
From beginning to end, both dinner and breakfast were fantastic, and I will definitely return the next time in the city.
