Eddie Howe says she is “good” but “not 100%” when he returns to manage Newcastle United after his stay at the hospital with pneumonia.
The 47 -year -old man entered the hospital on April 11 after he felt bad for several days, and three Urraz games have been lost.
On Thursday, the club announced that it was well enough to return to work.
“I have bone through a variety of emotions, but I feel that I am on the road to recovery,” Howe said Friday.
“I am not 100% in my body, but I like to think that I am about 100% in my mind, which is the most important.”
Newcastle, who is fifth in the Premier League, faces Ipswich at St James’ Park on Saturday.
Howe reflected on how difficult the disease period has been, but said she tries to “take positive of each experience.”
