The closures will affect the QEII bridge and the EAST tunnel of the A282 on several occasions from Saturday, April 26 to Monday, April 29, with deviations during the night.
National Highways has advised motorists to review the updates, since schedules can change according to climatic conditions.
The Dartford Crossing, which connects Dartford in Kent with Thurrock in Essex through the A282, is a key transport route on the Thames river.
