Jamie Foy moved away from the five -star complex in Cape Green for a week surprise to the sun with her partner Leanne Lynch, 41, on December 12.
But after eating exclusively in the main restaurant of the buffet during the first three days of his getaway, the father of two states that he began to experience stomach and daily cramps.
As the symptoms of the Yestero persisted, he claims the rest of his vacation running to the bathroom 30 times a day and the bee passing blood the day before they went to fly home.

A shocking SNAP shows Jamie curled up in a sun glow in pain after stating that his illness “ruined” his birthday trip.
Before leaving, Jamie says he investigated the hotel and says he found other mariños who reported that they had become ill in the resort.
But after raising this with Tui through his local travel provider before flying, he says that Tui dismissed these complaints as “meaningless.”
Now Jamie, who only managed to eat three chips
Jamie, from Wishaw in North Lanarkshire, Scotland, said: “I discovered that I was going to Cape Green in November as a surprise for my 40th birthday.
“It was an acute pain as if someone was putting my belly with a needle”
“When I learned, I looked for the place and news articles that started people who are going to Cape Green and became ill.
“I asked my local travel provider about this, and they asked Tui and Tui said it was a lot of nonsense. Then I ended up sick and ruined the holidays.
“We arrived on Thursday night when the flight was delayed. When we arrived at the hotel, we arrived directly to the main restaurant, we had dinner and went to bed.
“We got up on Friday and took three meals at the main restaurant. On Saturday we got used to the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner. This is when I started feeling sick.
“Until this point, we had only eaten at the hotel’s main restaurant.
“Then, until Saturday night, I got up everything. On Sunday, I started to curse and take stomach cramps and kill myself. Every time I ate I had pain.
“It was an acute pain as if someone was making my belly pachar with a needle, sharp cramps and I felt that my belly stirred.
“On Sunday night, I had cold sweats and trembled uncontrollable. On Tuesday night my Missus had reserved a private dinner on the beach for my birthday.
“I ate three fries when my stomach was prepared for it. It was a gastronomic experience and came to the bathroom eight times.
“At this point, the party was ruined and was starting to worry, since I was not relieved.
“On Wednesday I began to pass blood. I went to the bathroom 20 or 30 times a day.”
When the disease persisted, Jamie visited the doctor in the place that he stated that he had contracted gastroenteritis and were prescribed antibiotics, probiotics and electrolytes.
But after talking to a doctor in the United Kingdom, he now believes that he contracted Shigella, an intestine infection caused by bacteria [germs].
Jamie said: “He definitely had no food poisoning, I think it was bacterial due to poor hygiene.
“When I talked to my nurse and the doctor at home, they said it was too late to say what it was, since I feel better, but they thought it was Shigella.
“[In the hotel] I noticed how many people washed washing their hands. I could have a leg caused by poor food hygiene.
“Dinner’s halls are all buffet styles and I didn’t see a single bottle of disinfectant.
“As soon as people left their table, a quick cleaning was given for the next person to use.”
After returning from his trip, Jamie says he approached Tui both individually and through his local travel provider that his partner had reserved the holidays.
But after many emails and forest, he now states that Tui won to assume responsibility for his illness due to the lack of “pathological evidence” and not the bee to provide stool samples.
Jamie said: “When I started getting sick, I just ate at the restaurant of the main hotel.
“I just ate from the hotel four days in my illness for a reserved birthday dinner where I spent most of the night in the bathroom.

“Tui’s response bothered me. It is my first Tui party and the last one. I have a new leg in poor vacation and I had never complained before.
“What bothers me more is that I raised my concerns about being sick [because of other news articles I had seen] And Tui told him it was a garbage load. ”
A hotel spokesman said that the health and safety of his guests is his “highest priority” and that strict protocols and health and safety regulations are followed in the complex.
They also said that they work closely with local health authorities to ensure that a safe environment is maintained for their guests and employees to avoid health problems.
A spokesman from Tui UK and I said: “Our priority is to ensure that customers have the best possible vacation experience, so we led a lot to know that Mr. Foy was disturbing on vacation to Cape Green.
“As is now a legal issue, we cannot comment more at this time.”
