A new 20 mph speed limit zone has been introduced in Avenue Avenue, Benning Drive, Kean Crescent, Tremelo Green and Harding Drive.
The area will only cover part of Avenue, between its crossing with Lymington Road and its crossing with Benning Drive.
For the other roads, the limit will cover all its reach.

The 20 mph speed limit entered into force on April 17 through a Barking and Dagenham Council traffic order, which can be seen on the council website or in the library on the first floor of the Barking learning center.
