The alarm was raised around 6.15 pm on Saturday, April 12, after a public member brought what they thought it was an unspecified device.
The officers quickly placed a cord and called specialized teams to evaluate the article.
It was confirmed a little less than an hour after the object was not dangerous. He was removed from the scene and the cord rose at 7.15 pm
The station could roopan as usual and nobody was injured.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “A public member reported an unplug artillery at the Bromley Police Station on Saturday, April 12 at 18: 16 hours.
“A caution security cord was in place.
“At 19: 11 hours, the article should not be a risk to the public and was withdrawn from the location by specialized officers. The cord rose at 19: 15 hours.”
