The Metropolitan Police officers were called Bridgewater Road at 4.55 pm today (April 22) with reports of a fight.
An 18 -year -old man presented at a hospital suffering from the white weapon wounds that is believed to be linked to the reported incident.
His injuries have confirmed the bone as a change of life.
Bridgewater Road has closed in both directions as a result, with a crime scene between Manor Farm Road and Whitton Avenue East to allow initial consultations to be made.
It does not have a leg at this stage.
R With the spokesman said: “The police responded to the reports of an altercation in Bridgewater Road, Wembley at 16: 55 hours, on Tuesday, April 22.
“An 18 -year -old man presented at the hospital with a white weapon wounds. Since then, his wounds have confirmed that they do not change their lives.

“Officers are asking witnesses to share relevant information through 101, citing 5497/22 APR.
“Information can also be shared anonymously through Crime Stoppers in 0800 555 111.
“No judgments have been made at this stage. A crime scene remains in place while initial consultations are made.”
