The incident occurred in Billet Lane, near the Emerson Park overwhelming station around 11 am (April 15).
The paramedics attended, but soon stayed behind after it was decided that there were no injuries.

A spokesman for the London ambulance service said: “Today they called us at 11.01 am (Tuesday, April 15) for reports of a traffic collision at the crossing of Billet Lane and North Street, Horchurch.
“We send an ambulance team to the scene.
“Our crew attended the scene, but quickly retired when it was determined that there were no patients who needed our help.”
