Running from 11 am to 4 pm, the Easter Festival of Lesnes Abbey promises a day full of activities for all ages, including a visit from the Easter bunny, Magic Shows, Punch and Judy, Castillos Bouncy and performances by local theater and dance groups.
One of the most prominent aspects of the day is the parade of the Easter hood, judged by the mayor of Bexley.
Families are encouraged to be creative and bring their best hats made by hand, with prizes at stake for the most striking designs.
The always popular Easter Egg Sendero will also run through the day. Children can look for hidden clues around the park to discover which animals hide in the forest.
Those who complete the path win a small prize. Tickets cost £ 4.50 per child and can be reserved online, although a limited number can be avializable in the day.
There is also a lot to eat. Street food stalls will serve a wide range of dishes, including Robbin Dough stone pizza, Turkish flat breads of Istanbul Gozleme, Rainbow Waffles, Teddy Bear Boba Tea’s, Pasta, Pasta, Kitchen.

The festival is free to attend. Visitors are recommended to use public transport when possible, since parking near the site is limited.
Lesnes Abbey Woods is a few steps from Abbey wooden station, with several bus routes that stop nearby.
