✅ Listing (New market properties)
41.3K New listings this week (last week 40.6k)
YTD 6% higher than week 20 or 2024 YTD and 9% higher from YTD compared to 2017/18/19.
✅ Price reductions (% of resi’s actions)
27.2K Price reductions this week – monthly execution rate in reductions – 1 in 7.5 or resi sales shares per month are being reduced (representing 13.4%).
By way of comparison, the average of 12.1% in 2024 thought that the long -term average to five years is 10.6%.
✅ Total gross sales (Early sales)
28.9K Homes of the United Kingdom sold STC this week (last week 28.8k). The best week for resi sales since May 2022.
YTD: The number of resi resi housing is sold 9% higher compared to 2024 (527K sales agreed YTD 2025 vs 484K YTD 2024) and 17% higher than the levels of 2017/18/19 YTD (399K).
✅ Sales rate (Monthly in arrears)
The April -sale execution rate or 15.36% of Resi’s shares sold STC (that is, 15.36% of the properties of real estate agents in the market were agreed for the sale). March was 16.3%. 2024 Monthly average: 15.3%. Average of eight years in the long term: 17.9%.
✅ Sale of autumn-hrourghs
6,618 Autumn sale last week from the resi or 453k sales sales pipeline for the United Kingdom (sold STC).
Another method is that the sale of that week falls as a percentage of gross sales that week. This week, that’s 22.9% (last week 22.7%). That is Below The average of seven years or 24.2%, and well below the levels of 40%+ budget after support (autumn 2022).
In April, in general, 5.51% of sales in the pipes of the United Kingdom agents failed. For comparison, average 2024: 5.36%.

2025 YTD is 6% higher than compared to 2024 YTD and 11.5% higher than YTD 2017/18/19.
