
Spicerhaart has signed some unusual recruits: 10 avatars that will be used to share the experience in company properties and market vision.
The company commissioned the video technology leader of Synthesia to build a radio package that includes hyperrealist avatars and advanced content generation tools.
Avatars will face a variety of video content, from local market updates for customers, to comprehensive training modules for the Spicerhaart Academy Training Center.
The Estate Agency Group, which recently presented its new video application, is using avatars to free their expert sales teams for qualified work to sell and leave the properties.

The tenth Avatar will be a clone of the founder and president of Spicerhaart, Paul Smith, created to share his more than 30 years of industry wisdom throughout the business.
