The O’Riordan bonus in Northampton has continued to expand with the acquisition of Mike Neville real estate agents in Rushden, which has a long leg of the Beard group, one of the largest suppliers of property services independently owned by the region.
Mike Neville, established in 1984, manages more than 400 properties and has 10 staff members. The number of employees in O’Riordan has now doubled in approximately one year, from 50 to early 2024 to 100 today.
O’Riordan Bond currently has 13 offices, including five street branches that opened last year.
Simon Bond, Chief of O’Riordan Bond, said: “We are delighted with the purchase of Mike Neville, a well-respected and established independence agency, while we seek to continue the implementation of our North-Wamptonshire growth plans.”
Bond told Eye that his company is looking for additional acquisitions in NN1 to NN10.
He added: “We are scheduled for a double turnover in 2025-26 compared to 2023-24 with our sales, rental, property management and equipment of mortgage runners that increase market share throughout the county in a mature market for consolidation.”
