Emergency services were called with reports from an incident in Montfichet Road at 8,549 pm of April 25.
On the scene, a 23 -year -old was located after having fallen from a height.
They gave him an immediate treatment, but he spoke dead shortly after.
Formal identification has not yet been carried out, however, its closest relatives have informed the legs and will be treated by specialized officers.
Death is treated as inexplicable, but it is not believed to be suspicious.
A cord is in place that affects the Stratford City bus station while consultations are ongoing.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “On Friday, April 25, the Police was called by the London ambulance service to Montfichet Road, E20 at 8:49 p.m., on Friday, April 25, after reports that a man had fallen from a height.
“The 23 -year -old received an immediate treatment from emergency services, but despite his best efforts, he was sadly declared dead on the scene.

“A formal identification has not yet been carried out, their relatives have been informed, they will be supported by specialized officers.
“It was confirmed that death was inexplicable but does not suspect.
“A cord remains in place around the Stratford City bus station while consultations are ongoing.”
