Priscilla Silcock, known on stage as Sapphira, has invited the community to join its world record attempt near Holloway on Sunday, April 27.
The event aims to break the record of 155 people, which Sapphira coordinated last year.
The record attempt continues to the world day of Burlesque on Saturday, April 26, which was originally created to raise the links between burlesque and mental health.
A percentage of record supply processes will go to Sane, a charity organization that works to improve the quality of life of any person affected by mental illnesses.
Sapphira supports the beneficial organization based in Islington and has raised £ 750 over the years to help its services.
The event will also honor the deceased Hilda Green, 100, from Wakefield, West Yorkshire, who once danced in Paris Cabarets.
Priscilla will join the Shabba Blue Rose co-elans, the owner or the Fitness of the Pole de Colonia and the Blue Rose Academy in Germany, Nathaly Bernadotte, the owner or the Burlesque Academy of Conception in Chile, as well as the dance group throughout England.
She said: “All of those over 18 are invited to try an appropriate burlesque dance for the fun and easy workplace from home comfort.
“We have participants from Chile, Mexico, Finland and New Zealand already registered, but there is room for more, so, please, feel welcome to join us.”

The registration will be validated by the official world record, a WorldCords Registration Organization recognized by the Council of Notaries of the European Union (Notaries of Europe) and the official notar universities around the world.
People who participate in the world record attempt and the following dance challenge will have the opportunity to win prizes, including books, lingerie coupons and costume items, including copies of Gypsy: A memory – The 1957 autobiography of the renowned Striptease artist Gypsy Rose Lee, of the North Atlantic books.
