The police and ambulance service in London found Pamela with a white weapon wound.
Despite the efforts of emergency services, it was declared dead on the scene.
His family is being supported by specialized officers.
Abdirazak Omar, 29, or Ayley Croft, Enfield, was accused on Wednesday, April 23.
Omar was arrested under suspicion or murder on Monday, April 21.
It should appear today in the Court of Magistrates of Willesden (April 24).
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Detectives who investigate the murder of a woman in Enfield have accused a man.
“Abdirazak Omar, 29 (06.02.96) or Ayley Croft, Enfield, was accused on Wednesday, April 23 for the murder of Pamela Munro, 45, and possession of a knife.
“It will appear in custody at the Willesden Judge Court on Thursday, April 24.
“An investigation was launched on Saturday, April 19 after Pamela’s fatal stabbing in Ayley Croft, Enfield.
“The officers were called to the address around 7:00 p.m. together with the London ambulance service, where Pamela was found with a white weapon wound.
“Despite the best efforts of emergency services, unfortunately it was declared dead in the scene.
“Pamela’s family continues to be supported by specialized officers.
“On Monday, April 21, investigating officers arrested Omar in suspicion of murder.
“He was accused as above.”
