Emergency services were called Yiewsley Recreation Ground in West Drayton shortly after 2 pm today (April 23).
Officers and paramedics found a man in his 30s with leg and belly injuries, and he was tasks for the hospital.
It is believed that their wounds are not attractive or changing.
A second 34 -year -old man had an injury to his face and was also tasks for the hospital, but his condition is not yet known.
A 34 -year -old man was arrested under suspicion of grove and serious bodily damage.
It is believed that the two knew each other and the police have said that there is no broader risk for the public.
Local officers will be present in the area and carry out additional patrols.
A spokesman for the London ambulance service said: “Today they called us at 2.03 PM (April 23) for reports of an assault in Albert Road, Yiewsley.
“We send an ambulance team, two paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer to the scene.
“We treat a patient on the scene and take him to the hospital.”
Falling Lane was closed by the police after the incident, and has not yet been presented.
