At least two police cars and six ambulance service vehicles in London have been seen on Calle Concurida, near the Sainsbury premises, today (April 23) in the afternoon.
The medications were called to the scene at 12.46 pm to a person’s reports without good.
The patient has been declared dead on the scene.
The exterior of Sainsbury’s has been recorded by the police.
A spokesman for the London ambulance service said: “Today they called us at 12.46 pm (April 23) for reports of a bad person at High Road, Ilford.
“We send resources to the scene, including an ambulance team, a clinical team manager, a paramedic in a fast response car and an incident response officer.
“Very sadly, despite the best efforts of our teams, a patient was declared dead on the scene.”
