As of this month, Mottingham residents will benefit from a free health and well -being program, which will last up to six months.
The program, which includes activities such as dance, art, yoga, full attention, drama, health controls, nutrition and questionnaires, is selected by the coach of clarity Zeenat Noorani, in association with Mottingham Big local Reengused.
The Elmstead Elementary School event was attended by the Mayor of Bromley, Councilor Dr. David Jeffeys and Mayor Anne-Marie Jeffeys.
Several of the service providers gathered for the program were presented to a resident audience, including parents and children.
Zeenat Noorani said: “Being part of the local Lotingham Big project is more than community work: it is about creating a safe place where health and well -being prioritize, and people feel trained to grow together, a space to create impact.
“It is an honor to support a rooted project in connection, clarity and real change.”
The program is supported by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Mayor Jeffeys spoke hotly about the project, which said he aligns with his priorities as mayor.
He expressed his gratitude for the initiative, particularly as a doctor, being the well -being of his approaches his term mayor.
