Rosebank’s scene and villas will be under construction as of May 6, with the Waltham Forest Council saying that the project aims to provide a better design with defined areas for vehicles and pedestrians.
The area will also obtain new pots, trees and flowers to improve biodiversity.
The street lighting will be updated for better visibility at night and clearer signs will be installed to help visitors find transport links, cultural attractions and heritage places.
More seats and bicycle parking will be added, according to the Council.

The changes are part of a broader investment financed by the Government under the Culture Program for all.
